Harry Plotkin
Jury Consultant
As a juror consultant who works exclusively for plaintiffs, Harry has helped trial lawyers pick juries that have delivered some of the biggest verdicts in personal injury, employment, and civil rights trials, including 40 verdicts of over $10 million and 8 verdicts over $100 million since 2021. He picked the jury in the largest employment verdict in the history of the country, the largest medical malpractice verdict in American history, and record verdicts in countless courtrooms.
Harry loves teaching trial lawyers how to take jury selection to the next level, past de-selection. Harry and trial lawyer Dan Kramer co-host the new podcast Picking Justice teaching jury selection. Harry’s jury selection philosophy includes framing bias for jurors, identifying and keeping conscientious jurors, and motivating jurors to hold wrongdoing fully accountable. He believes that huge verdicts don’t just help plaintiffs, they make our world a safer, fairer place for customers, employees, and the public.
When Harry is not in the courtroom, he’s a proud #GirlDad who chaperones his daughters’ elementary school field trips and referees AYSO soccer games most weekends.
