Nick Schweitzer is a researcher whose interests focus on the processes underlying juror decision making and jury research methodology. Nick is currently an Associate Research Professor and Legal Fellow at Cornell University where he is developing a center on the Science of Juries and Litigation. Previously, Nick cofounded and directed Arizona State University Law and Behavioral Science, the largest academic program in the US at the intersection of Law and Psychology. In addition to his academic work, Nick is cofounder and managing partner of Trial by Data, a jury research and analytics firm, and is Chief Operating Officer of Focus with Fred.
