Seton is a visionary entrepreneur and business leader whose career spans more than two decades of innovation, growth, and hands-on operational excellence.
Armed with two degrees in Hydrology from the University of Arizona’s College of Engineering—a Bachelor of Science in 1997 and a Master of Science in 2001—Seton’s analytical mind was shaped early on by science and problem-solving. But it was during his time in the McGuire Entrepreneurship Program at the Eller School of Management, where he graduated in 1998, that he discovered his true passion: building businesses from the ground up.
In 1999, with just $1,000 and a bold vision, Seton launched his first startup and turned it into a thriving e-commerce enterprise that went on to generate more than $120 million in cumulative revenue. His entrepreneurial journey has given him a deep well of knowledge in everything from marketing and operations to company culture and strategic growth.
Beyond building his own ventures, Seton is a trusted advisor to both emerging entrepreneurs and established companies, offering guidance on startups, operational efficiency, marketing strategies, and leadership development. He has shared his expertise as an Entrepreneurial Fellow at the University of Arizona since 2004, inspiring countless students and future business leaders.
Today, Seton brings his extensive experience to Focus Graphics, where he oversees all facets of the business—including marketing, supply chain management, project management, sales, accounting and finance, purchasing, customer service, and IT. His ability to navigate both big-picture strategy and detailed execution makes him an invaluable asset to any team he leads.
Outside of work, Seton lives life with the same energy and curiosity that drives his business pursuits. He enjoys CrossFit, running, cycling, fishing, woodworking, coaching youth basketball, volunteering with the Boy Scouts, and, most importantly, spending quality time with his wife and two kids.
